Global Company Formation & Structuring

Choosing the country and the type of company is a decision you'll live with for years: it shapes how you bank, how you get paid and what you owe in tax. So we start with the right question: where are your customers, and how will you operate? Then we handle the paperwork and the authorities step by step, so you can focus on building your business.

Questions about company formation

Which country should I incorporate in?

It depends on where your customers are, how you get paid and bank, and your tax situation. We explain the differences between the USA, Canada, the UAE and Saudi Arabia in the consultation.

Do I need to travel to set up my company?

Most steps are done remotely. Some, such as the medical test for UAE residency and Emirates ID biometrics, require you in person, and we tell you from the start which steps apply to you.

How long does incorporation take?

It varies by country and by how fast government bodies process applications. We explain in the consultation what applies to your case.

Do you help me open a bank account?

We prepare the documents banks ask for, including the operating agreement and banking resolution, and guide you through the application. The final approval is the bank's decision alone.

Is the registered agent included for US companies?

Yes. US incorporation includes the registered agent and legal address for the first year.

Can you continue with me after incorporation?

Yes. We offer accounting and tax compliance, web development, branding, digital marketing and cloud systems, under one roof.
